Eaton has announced a list price reduction and a multiplier increase for their 3S, 5S and 5SC products. The net effect of these pricing changes will not result in a price increase for HM Cragg’s customers at this time. These changes are effective 1/15/21. Challenges in Transportation Industry Causing Shipment Delays
Please be aware that the transportation industry (LTL and small parcel) is experiencing delays driven by record shipping volumes. This problem is being compounded by local, state and national government work and travel restrictions around COVID-19. We have seen many shipments delayed by carriers, causing timing delays in equipment delivery and installation.
Please consider this when scheduling shipments and give your customers a head’s up that this could be an issue with their shipment. Most major carriers have waived their money-back guarantees, and transit times will sometimes fluctuate based on current conditions.
