HM Cragg Message Regarding Coronavirus
To our valued business partners – HM Cragg remains open for business and ready to continue to serve your critical power needs . We have discussed the best ways to ensure the health and safety of our employee-owners and business partners and have made some changes to our short term business model.
While we remain open for business as usual, we have asked our employee-owners to work remotely from their home office effective today. This will be a change for a small percentage of our team as many of your Sales and Customer Service representatives already work remotely.
Exceptions to this change are those in Shipping and Receiving and our Integration business. Both of those functions will remain on site to continue on-time product deliveries and completion of Integration projects per schedule. Our Field Service Technicians, when appropriate, will continue to complete their installation and maintenance projects as scheduled, while working directly with our customers to ensure the safety of our workers and customers. They will be briefed on additional health and safety measures as needed on each site.
Travel, specifically air travel, will be restricted in the short term and reserved for only the most urgent of situations when it can be completed safely for all involved. Our main competitive advantage is being built to solve problems, so we anticipate minimal disruption of service to our business partners. Eaton Q2 Price Increase Notification
Please note that Eaton will have a list price change effective April 15, 2020. The part numbers, pricing, and percentage increase can be reviewed by clicking this link.
We urge you to work with your customers to get your orders in with HM Cragg before April 15, 2020, as orders placed by that date will still be eligible for current pricing.
